I am very happy with my purchase at EM Motorcars. Recently purchased a Lexus IS from them. Car was excellent and priced very fair. I will be back again, thanks to Rich for being a honest car guy!

Customer service was not pleasant. They made like you need them. The Honda fit was not working fully. However it drove well. Was not willing to negotiate with cash purchase, I will not recommend this dealership to others. Work on customer service.
Traveled 2 hours to find out the car that was in great shape had rotted quarter panels. I touched the wheel well and chunks of rust and metal fell to the ground.
Beware scummm they esigned for me without my authorization even though I’m person I never purchased the insurance nor drive the car off the lot the next day got a email from the financial company… gave them a call and found out that em motor cars pushed through and esigned for me even though I never took the car called back and spoke to rich and he cancelled for me so I thought now a week later I’m getting another letter from the financial company saying congratulations and when my first car payment is are you kidding me!!!!! ... Buying a car can be very stressful!!! The experience at this dealer Em Motors was amazing! Went in to purchase a car for our son, we had already done the financing online a few days before. Rich was incredible to deal with. Very honest and straightforward. The other employees were all fantastic. The dealer fees are the lowest I have ever encountered and the overall experience there was calming and welcoming. They did not try to push anything on us.
